Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at Bourne Manor for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and loved. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Bourne Manor to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Bourne Manor is a true gem! My father moved in a few months ago, and we've been so impressed with the level of care and attention he's received. The staff is not only professional but genuinely compassionate, and they've made the transition so much easier for him. The food is delicious, and there are always interesting events and activities happening. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind Bourne Manor provides.

While the staff at Bourne Manor are friendly and helpful, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care provided. Sometimes the rooms aren't cleaned as often as I'd like, and there have been a few occasions where my grandmother's needs weren't addressed promptly. However, I understand that these issues are likely due to staffing shortages, and overall, I'm still satisfied with the care she's receiving.
