Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Marlborough Hills for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility itself is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I was impressed by the level of care at Marlborough Hills. My father was there for rehab after a hip surgery, and the therapists were amazing. They really helped him regain his strength and mobility. The food was also surprisingly good!

The staff at Marlborough Hills is generally good, but I've had a few issues with communication. Sometimes it's difficult to get in touch with the nurses or doctors. However, they are very responsive to my concerns once I'm able to get in touch with them.
