Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Windsor for a few months now, and we're so happy with her care. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and she always seems happy and engaged in activities. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and we appreciate the peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

Windsor is a decent facility, but I wish there were more options for dining and entertainment. The food is okay, but it could be more varied. The staff is friendly and helpful, though. Overall, it's a good place for seniors who need assisted living.

My parents have been living at Windsor for a couple of years, and they absolutely love it. They have made wonderful friends and enjoy the activities and social events. The staff is amazing, always caring and responsive to their needs. We couldn't be happier with their decision to move here.
