Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Watertown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for a few months now, and we've been very pleased with the care she has received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the residents seem happy and engaged.

I would highly recommend Watertown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. The staff is truly exceptional, and they made a difficult time much easier for our family. The rehabilitation services were excellent, and my father made significant progress while he was there.

The care at Watertown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is good, but there have been some communication issues at times. I wish there was more transparency about changes in my mother's care plan and more frequent updates from the staff. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it could be better.
