Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Williamstown Commons Nursing & Rehab for a few months now and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is very kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure my mother is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

The care at Williamstown Commons Nursing & Rehab was okay. The staff was friendly, but I felt like they were sometimes overwhelmed and didn't have enough time to give each resident the individual attention they needed. The facility was clean and well-maintained, but it was a bit cramped and could use some updating.
