Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Adelphi is amazing! They are so kind and caring, and they always go the extra mile to make sure my loved one is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good. I would definitely recommend Adelphi to anyone looking for a nursing home.

Adelphi is a decent facility, but I've had some issues with communication. I wish they would keep me more informed about my loved one's care. Otherwise, the staff is good, and the activities seem to be enjoyable.

I am so grateful for Adelphi. My mom has been here for several months now, and she has thrived. The staff is attentive, the facility is clean and comfortable, and they have so many activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Adelphi.
