Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Hibbard for the past year, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps her engaged and social.

I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism at Hibbard. The therapists were amazing, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my recovery. I was able to regain my strength and mobility much faster than I expected, and I'm so grateful for the support I received.
