Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at Maplecrest for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they really make her feel at home. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities are great. I would highly recommend Maplecrest to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

Maplecrest is a true gem. My dad was in need of rehabilitation after a fall, and the therapists were amazing. They worked tirelessly to help him regain his strength and mobility. The entire staff was so patient and understanding, and they went above and beyond to make his stay comfortable. I'm so grateful for the care he received at Maplecrest.

The facility itself is nice, but I've had some issues with communication. It's not always easy to get in touch with the staff, and I've had to follow up on things more than once. Overall, the care seems good, but the communication could be improved.
