Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at The Laurels of Coldwater for a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to ensure her well-being. The community is warm and welcoming, and there are always plenty of activities to keep her engaged. I highly recommend The Laurels of Coldwater to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for their loved ones.

The Laurels of Coldwater is a beautiful facility with a friendly and professional staff. The food is good, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents occupied. My only minor complaint is that the common areas could use a little more natural light. Overall, I'm happy with the care my mother is receiving here.

The Laurels of Coldwater is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been some instances where communication could have been better. The activities are okay, but there could be more variety. I'm hoping they will make some changes in the future.
