Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother stayed at Mission Point for a few months after a hip fracture. The staff was kind and attentive, and she received excellent physical therapy. The facility itself was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for skilled nursing care.

I've been very impressed with Mission Point. The nurses and aides are always so caring and responsive to my needs. The food is good, and I appreciate having activities to participate in. It's a comfortable and welcoming place to be.

The care at Mission Point is decent, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of attention I receive. Sometimes the staff is great, and other times I feel like I'm being overlooked. Overall, it's a good facility, but there's room for improvement.
