Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at Mission Point for several months now, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she has received. The staff is kind, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the therapy programs have helped my mother regain some of her mobility. We highly recommend Mission Point.

While the staff at Mission Point is generally friendly, there have been some inconsistencies in the quality of care my grandmother has received. I've had to advocate for her needs on several occasions. I wish they would pay more attention to individual resident needs.
