Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Aria for several months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they really go the extra mile to make her comfortable and engaged. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps her busy and social.

We were so relieved to find Aria for my grandfather. He needed skilled nursing care after his surgery, and they provided excellent medical attention and rehabilitation services. He was able to regain his strength and mobility much faster than we expected, and the staff helped him adjust to life back at home.

Overall, Aria is a decent facility, but there have been a few hiccups in communication with the staff. We've had some difficulty scheduling appointments and getting updates on my father's progress. However, the nurses and therapists are genuinely caring and provide good care.
