This facility is not rated due to a history of significant quality issues. It is part of the Special Focus Facility (SFF) program, subjecting it to more frequent inspections, increased penalties, and possible termination from Medicare and Medicaid.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Mission Point was amazing. They were always kind, patient, and attentive to my mother's needs. She was always well-cared for, and they even helped her to regain her independence after her stroke. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for skilled nursing and rehab care.

My experience at Mission Point was okay. The staff was friendly enough, but I felt like my mother's recovery could have been faster if they had provided more intensive therapy. The food was decent, and the facilities were clean, but it could be better.

I was so impressed with the level of care and attention that my grandmother received at Mission Point. The therapists were incredibly skilled and helped her to improve her mobility and strength. The nurses were always there to answer my questions and provide support. I highly recommend this facility.
