Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Hillcrest for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities are engaging and enjoyable.

I can't say enough good things about Hillcrest. They have a wonderful, caring staff who truly treat the residents like family. My mother was able to regain her mobility after a stroke thanks to the dedicated physical therapy program. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care.

Hillcrest is a decent facility, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in the level of care provided. Some staff members are exceptional, while others seem less attentive. The food could be better, and I wish there were more activities offered for residents.
