We chose The Estates at Bloomington for my grandmother after a lot of research, and we're glad we did. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The food is good, and there are always plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. We've been particularly impressed with their personalized care plans and their commitment to helping residents maintain their independence. While it's not perfect, we're happy with our decision to move my grandmother here.
