Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Valley View Manor HCC for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. We highly recommend Valley View Manor HCC to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I was initially hesitant to move my father into assisted living, but Valley View Manor HCC has exceeded all my expectations. The staff is very professional and caring, and they have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My father is thriving here, and he has made new friends and enjoys participating in the many activities offered. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him.

Overall, Valley View Manor HCC is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements in terms of communication and responsiveness to resident concerns. While the staff is generally friendly, there have been times when we've had to follow up multiple times to get things resolved. The food is also a bit bland and repetitive.
