Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Lakehouse for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they've gone above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and well cared for. The facility itself is clean and inviting, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. Highly recommend Lakehouse!

I was a bit apprehensive about moving my father into a care facility, but Lakehouse has been a real blessing. The staff is amazing, and they've really helped my father adjust to his new environment. The facility is well-maintained and offers a wide range of services, including physical therapy, which has been a huge help for my father's mobility. I'm so grateful for the care and support Lakehouse has provided.

Lakehouse is a decent facility, but I've found the communication to be a bit lacking. It's sometimes difficult to get in touch with staff members, and updates on my mother's care aren't always consistent. However, the staff is generally friendly and caring, and my mother seems to be comfortable there.
