Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I've been living at Koda for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the community is so welcoming. I love the activities they offer, especially the book club and the fitness classes. It's a great place to call home!

This is a truly exceptional senior living community. The facilities are top-notch, the food is delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are well-cared for. I highly recommend Koda to anyone looking for a comfortable and fulfilling place to live.

Koda is a good option for those who need some assistance with daily tasks. The apartments are nice, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents busy. However, the food could be better, and I wish there were more options for outings.
