Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mom has been at Aurora Nursing for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and well-taken care of. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend Aurora Nursing to anyone looking for a good nursing home for their loved one.

I was so impressed with Aurora Nursing when I visited my grandmother there. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really seemed to care about the residents. My grandmother loved the activities they offered, and she always looked forward to her meals. I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care.
