Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation are absolutely wonderful! They are so caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my loved one is comfortable and well-cared for. The facility itself is clean and inviting, and the food is surprisingly good! I highly recommend this place.

Roaring River Health and Rehabilitation is okay. It's not the most luxurious place, but the staff is friendly and the care seems to be adequate. I'm not sure about the activities, they seem a bit limited, but overall it's a decent option.

My experience with Roaring River has been nothing short of amazing! The therapists are incredibly skilled and helped my husband regain so much of his mobility after his stroke. The nurses are angels, always so kind and patient. I couldn't be happier with the care my husband received.
