Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Worth County Convalescent Center are truly amazing! They are so kind and caring, and they really go the extra mile to make sure my mom is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Worth County Convalescent Center is a decent facility, but it could use some improvements. The staff are friendly, but sometimes they seem overwhelmed. The rooms are basic but functional, and the activities are limited. I would say it's a good option if you're looking for affordable care, but there are better options out there if you can afford it.

My grandmother has been living at Worth County Convalescent Center for several months now, and she absolutely loves it! The staff are wonderful and treat her like family. The center is very clean and well-kept, and there are always activities going on. The food is also excellent, and my grandmother enjoys the variety of meals offered. We couldn't be happier with this facility.
