Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Golden Years for a few months now, and we are so pleased with the care she has received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they really make her feel at home. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would highly recommend Golden Years to anyone looking for a quality care facility for their loved ones.

This facility is a true gem! My father received excellent rehab services after his hip replacement. The therapists were highly skilled and compassionate, and they helped him regain his strength and mobility. He was able to return home feeling much stronger and more independent. I am so grateful for the care he received at Golden Years.

The staff at Golden Years is generally good, but there have been some communication issues that I have found frustrating. I would like to see more consistent communication from the staff to families. Otherwise, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and my mother seems happy there.
