Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I've been living at Rolla Presbyterian Manor for a few years now, and I've always felt comfortable and well cared for. The staff are kind and attentive, and the food is excellent! There's always something going on to keep us busy and entertained, and I've made some great friends here.

My mother moved into the assisted living section of the Manor a few months ago, and we're so happy with the decision. The staff are incredibly supportive and helpful, and they've made the transition for her very smooth. She's thriving here, and I feel so much peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

The Manor is a decent facility, but I wish there were more activities available for residents who are more independent. There are a lot of events for the lower-functioning residents, but not much for those who are more mobile and active.
