Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Vineyard Court for several months now, and I'm very pleased with the care she's receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always keep me informed about her progress. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

I can't say enough good things about Vineyard Court. They have been a lifesaver for our family. My father was in need of skilled nursing care, and they were able to provide him with the high level of care he needed. The staff is incredibly compassionate and understanding, and they always go the extra mile to make sure he's comfortable and well taken care of.

Overall, Vineyard Court is a decent nursing home. The staff is generally friendly, but there have been a few times when I've felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. The facility is also a little outdated, but they are in the process of making some renovations.
