Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother stayed at Holly Springs for a few months after a hip surgery. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and she made a great recovery thanks to their excellent care. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the food was pretty good too.

I couldn't have asked for a better place for my grandfather during his rehabilitation. The therapists were highly skilled and worked closely with him to regain his strength and mobility. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff treated him with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of post-hospital care.

Overall, Holly Springs is a decent facility, but there are some areas that could be improved. The communication between the staff and family could be better, and sometimes the wait for assistance can be a bit long. However, the staff are generally friendly and caring, and the rehabilitation services are good.
