Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Sunplex is so kind and caring. They really went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was comfortable and well cared for during her recovery. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident leaving her in their hands.

Sunplex provided good care for my father, but it could be improved. The communication between staff and family could be more frequent, and some of the activities seemed a bit limited. However, the overall care was satisfactory.

My aunt has been living at Sunplex for a few months now, and we're so happy with her progress. The therapists have been amazing, and she's made remarkable strides in her recovery. The facility is clean, the food is good, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
