This facility is not rated due to a history of significant quality issues. It is part of the Special Focus Facility (SFF) program, subjecting it to more frequent inspections, increased penalties, and possible termination from Medicare and Medicaid.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I was very impressed with the care my grandmother received at Billings Rehabilitation and Nursing LLC. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the therapy program helped her regain her strength and mobility after her surgery. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.

While the staff at Billings Rehabilitation and Nursing LLC is friendly and helpful, I found the communication with the management to be lacking at times. The facility itself is adequate, but could benefit from some updates. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
