Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Laurel Park are incredibly kind and attentive. They truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and cared for. My grandmother has been living here for several months, and we're so grateful for the quality of care she's receiving.

I was hesitant to move my father into a nursing home, but Laurel Park has exceeded all my expectations. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps him engaged and active. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.

While the care is good, the food could be improved. It's not always the most appetizing, and there's limited variety. But overall, it's a decent facility with caring staff.
