My grandmother has been living at Highland House for the past year, and we've been incredibly happy with the care she's received. Highland House is a true gem! My father was hesitant about moving into a senior living facility, but the staff at Highland House made him feel right at home. While the staff at Highland House is generally friendly and helpful, there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. I've also noticed some inconsistencies in the quality of care provided to residents. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it's not perfect.
