Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Riverpoint Crest for a few months now, and I'm so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer keep her engaged and active. I highly recommend Riverpoint Crest to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

The staff at Riverpoint Crest is friendly and helpful, but the facility itself could use some updates. The rooms are a bit dated and the common areas could be more inviting. However, the care provided is good, and my mother seems to be happy there.
