My grandmother has been at Keystone Ridge for a few months now, and we've been so impressed with the care she's received. The staff is attentive and caring, and they really go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable and safe. The staff at Keystone Ridge is generally good, but I've had a few issues with communication. I've also noticed that the food isn't always the best, but it's adequate. Overall, it's a decent facility, but I think there's room for improvement.

I can't say enough good things about Keystone Ridge! The therapists are amazing, and they really helped my father regain his mobility after his surgery. The nurses are also very kind and compassionate, and they always made sure my father was comfortable and well-cared for. I highly recommend this facility!
