Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Wayne Countryview for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they seem to genuinely care about her well-being. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Wayne Countryview is a decent facility overall, but I've had a few concerns about communication. It can be difficult to get in touch with the staff sometimes, and I've noticed some inconsistencies in care. However, the food is good, and there are a lot of activities available.

I was so impressed with Wayne Countryview! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility itself is beautiful. My mom has been thriving there, and I feel so much peace knowing she's in such good hands. I can't recommend this place enough!
