Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been receiving care at Runnells Center for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I highly recommend Runnells Center to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

I was so impressed with the care I received at Runnells Center after my surgery. The therapists were excellent, and the nurses were always there to answer my questions and provide support. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I felt like I was truly cared for during my stay.

The staff at Runnells Center is friendly and helpful, but I did have some concerns about the communication between departments. Sometimes, I felt like information wasn't always shared effectively. Overall, it's a decent facility, but it could definitely benefit from some improvements in communication.
