Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

I've been living at Masonic Village for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and I love the variety of activities offered. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive place to call home.

My parents moved into Masonic Village recently, and we're so grateful for the excellent care they're receiving. The staff is patient and compassionate, and the community is warm and welcoming. My parents are thriving here, and we have peace of mind knowing they're in good hands.

While the facilities at Masonic Village are nice, I've found some of the activities to be repetitive. The food could also be more diverse. Overall, it's a decent community, but I'm hoping for more variety in the future.
