Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been living at The Palace for the past year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredible - kind, attentive, and truly invested in her well-being. The facility is beautiful, and there are so many activities to keep her engaged. I highly recommend The Palace to anyone seeking a luxurious and supportive environment for their loved ones.

The Palace is a bit on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. The facilities are top-notch, the food is excellent, and the staff is very professional. My grandmother was a bit hesitant to move in at first, but she's now thriving thanks to the loving care and stimulating environment.

We chose The Palace because of its reputation for providing excellent care for those with dementia. While the staff has been helpful and caring, we've noticed some inconsistencies in communication. Overall, we're satisfied with the care, but there's room for improvement in certain areas.
