Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at King Manor for the past year, and we're very happy with the care she receives. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. We appreciate the personalized care they provide and the regular communication we receive about her well-being.

I was impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the staff at King Manor. They went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable and safe during her rehabilitation. The therapy services were excellent, and she made significant progress thanks to their expertise.

King Manor is a decent facility, but I've noticed some inconsistency in the quality of care. Sometimes the staff is attentive and responsive, but other times it can be difficult to get their attention. Overall, it's a good option, but there's room for improvement.
