Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been at Our Lady's for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they've helped her regain her strength after her surgery. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the food is good. We would definitely recommend this center to others.

I was impressed with Our Lady's from the moment I walked in. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, and the facility was beautiful. My father was in need of rehabilitation after a stroke, and the therapists at Our Lady's were fantastic. They worked with him diligently, and he's made incredible progress. I'm so grateful for the care he received.
