Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

The staff at Clovis Healthcare were so kind and attentive to my grandmother. They helped her regain her strength and mobility after her surgery. We were very impressed with the care she received.

My father has been living at Clovis Healthcare for a few months now, and we couldn't be happier. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly caring and professional. They really go the extra mile to make sure residents are happy and comfortable.

The therapy services at Clovis Healthcare were helpful for my mother, but I found the communication with the staff could be better. Sometimes it was hard to get updates on her progress.
