Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother was at Calibre Post Acute for several weeks after a hip replacement, and I couldn't have been happier with the care she received. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the therapists helped her regain her strength and mobility. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for post-acute care.

The staff at Calibre Post Acute is truly amazing! They are so caring and compassionate, and they always go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and well-cared for. My mother was very happy there and made great progress during her stay. I am so grateful for the wonderful care she received.

While the care at Calibre Post Acute was good overall, I did have some concerns about the communication with the staff. It could have been better, but I think this is a common problem in these types of facilities. Overall, I would still recommend Calibre Post Acute to others.
