Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Royal Springs for a few months now, and we're very pleased with the care she's received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they've helped her regain her strength after a recent surgery. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is surprisingly good!

The staff at Royal Springs is generally kind and helpful, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. Overall, though, I'd say it's a decent facility for its price range.

Royal Springs has been a godsend for our family. They've gone above and beyond to make our father feel comfortable and cared for. The activities and social events are wonderful, and he's made some new friends. We highly recommend this facility!
