Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been a resident at Alpine for a few months now, and I'm so impressed with the level of care she's received. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities program keeps her engaged and active.

After my surgery, I needed some rehabilitation help. Alpine was recommended to me by my doctor and it was the best decision I made! The therapists are amazing and really helped me regain my strength and mobility. The nurses are also very kind and caring. I'm so glad I chose Alpine.

My mom has been at Alpine for a while now, and it's been a mixed experience. The care is good overall, but there have been some communication issues with the staff. The facility itself is nice, but could use some updating.
