Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Auburn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she has received. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the food is good. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

I was impressed with the level of care and attention my father received at Auburn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The staff was very patient and understanding, and they worked with him to help him regain his strength and independence. The therapy services were excellent, and my father made significant progress during his stay. I am grateful for the care he received here.

Auburn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a decent facility, but I have some concerns about the communication with staff. It can be difficult to get in touch with someone about my mother's care, and I wish there was more transparency about her progress. However, the staff is generally kind and compassionate, and my mother seems to be comfortable here.
