Costs

Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Concord for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. I would highly recommend Concord to anyone looking for a nursing home for their loved one.

Concord is okay, but it's not perfect. The staff is generally good, but there have been a few instances where communication could have been better. The food is decent, but it's not always the most appealing. Overall, it's a decent place, but there are definitely better options out there.

I was so impressed with Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. My father was there for a short stay after a surgery, and the staff was incredible. They were so caring and compassionate, and they really went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. The facility was also very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Concord to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.
