The care at Dr. Susan Smith McKinney Nursing and Rehab Center is generally good, but there have been some inconsistencies in the level of attention my grandfather has received. While most of the staff is friendly and helpful, there have been a few instances where his needs haven't been met promptly. However, overall, I am satisfied with the care he is receiving and the progress he has made in his rehabilitation.
