Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been at Crown Park for a few months now, and we've been very happy with the care she's received. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she's comfortable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the activities they offer keep her engaged and active.

Crown Park is a decent facility overall, but I've noticed some inconsistencies with the care. Some staff members are great, while others seem less attentive. The food could be better, but the activities program is good. I think there's room for improvement, but it's not a bad place.

We chose Crown Park for my father after a lot of research, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff is incredible, the care is excellent, and the environment is so warm and inviting. They truly go above and beyond for their residents.
