Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My mother has been a resident at The Pavilion for a few months now, and we're very happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. They've really helped her to regain her strength after her recent surgery.

The Pavilion at Queens is a true gem! The staff is incredibly caring and compassionate, and they go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home. My grandmother has been a resident here for a couple of years, and we're so grateful for the wonderful care she's received.

The Pavilion is a decent facility, but I've noticed some inconsistency in the care provided. Some staff members are excellent, but others seem less engaged. The activities offered could also be more engaging and varied.
