My experience at Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen was mixed. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but there were times when I felt like my mother's needs weren't fully met. The facility itself is okay, but it could use some updating. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I'm not sure I would recommend it.
