Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Beechtree for a few months now, and we are so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. We appreciate the communication and updates we receive about her well-being.

Beechtree has been a godsend for our family. My dad was recovering from a stroke and needed specialized therapy. The therapists here are amazing, and he made incredible progress. The staff is always so cheerful and positive, which made a huge difference in his mood.

The care at Beechtree is good overall, but I wish they had more activities for residents. My mom is a social butterfly, and she sometimes gets bored. The food is also a bit bland, but the staff are friendly and responsive to requests.
