Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Oak Hill for a few months now, and we're so happy with the care she's receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and she's always happy and engaged in activities. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the food is actually pretty good!

Oak Hill is okay, but it could be better. The staff seems overworked and sometimes communication can be an issue. The activities are fine, but I wish there were more options for residents with more severe cognitive impairments.

I was really impressed with Oak Hill. The staff is incredibly caring and compassionate, and they truly go the extra mile to ensure the residents' needs are met. My mother has been living here for a year, and she's thriving! The facility is clean and well-kept, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend Oak Hill to anyone looking for a quality nursing care center.
