Based on a nursing home's performance on 3 sources: health inspections, staffing and quality measures.
Original Medicare typically covers short-term rehabilitation for up to 100 days (lifetime limit) following a hospital stay of at least three inpatient days or under specific qualifying circumstances, once your deductible is met. For long-term nursing home care, Medicaid may provide coverage after exhausting long-term care insurance and personal savings, depending on the facility. It's important to verify payment options and costs directly with the nursing home to ensure clarity and avoid unexpected expenses.

My grandmother has been living at Chestnut Park for a few months now, and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is kind and attentive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. We highly recommend Chestnut Park to anyone looking for a quality nursing home.

Chestnut Park is a decent facility, but it could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there have been some issues with communication at times. The food is decent, but it could use some improvement. Overall, it is a good option for those looking for a nursing home in the area, but there are definitely better ones out there.

Chestnut Park is truly a gem! The staff is so caring and compassionate, and they treat the residents like family. My mother has been living here for over a year, and she is thriving. She is always engaged in activities, and she loves the food. We are so grateful for Chestnut Park.
